Have fun moving to the music of the 60's, 70's, and 80's as you improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is for everyone! You will learn to improve your health and fitness using your body weight, paper plates, light dumbbells, and stability balls. Modifications will be provided so that all fitness levels can participate. All equipment will be provide for you, just bring yourself and a good pair of sneakers. Completion of the attached Waiver & Assumption of Risk is required prior to starting class.
