Self-Defense: Protect Yourself! image

Learn how to listen to your inner voice to recognize a threat and react automatically before it becomes a full blown attack.

Regardless of your size, speed, or athletic skills learn how to: avoid being a target, assess your surroundings, react to a confrontation, conduct yourself in a crisis, anticipate your attacker’s next move, break an attacker’s grasp and, how, when, and where to strike if you have no other choice. A mix of classroom instruction and hands-on training to build skills and confidence.

Great fun and exercise! This class is designed for adult women and men.

Minimum age 14. Youth 14-17 years welcome with accompanying adult.
