In his book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen
Covey describes a practical set of habits that can help you grow
personally and professionally to become more effective. The
principals represent an inside out approach to personal and
interpersonal discovery. Together, we will focus on developing
yourself and the relationship you have with others. Habits can
be integrated into your life and this course will help you move
through the stages of that development.
