Presents Ethics and Boundaries in Case Management and End of Life Services
Explore the ethical complications and related dynamics in case management and end of life care. Best practices related to vulnerable populations will be discussed with a focus on ethically sound communication and problem-solving skills. This workshop will cover the changes within the most recent 2018 edition of the NASW Code of Ethics as well as ethical standards for Hospice and Palliative Care. Lastly, burn-out prevention will be discussed including ideas for staying passionate in the field will be addressed. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion and transcript for 4 Continuing Education hours.
