Each year, The Lyric presents a Broadway classic, with the same professional quality and production value of their operas. This show takes place in pre-revolutionary Russia, Tevye, a Jewish peasant with traditional values, contends with marrying off three of his daughters with modern romantic ideals while growing anti-Semitic sentiment threatens his village. This plotline was transformed to the Broadway stage with music by Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick, and won 9 Tony Awards in 1964. This package includes transportation, lunch at Rivers, and a ticket for the show.
