Continuing Education is committed to offering a variety of educational travel experiences and the Lake Geneva school of Cooking is committed to providing a quality culinary experience for its student chefs. Since they purchase a portion of their meats, fruits and vegetables from local producers, the Farmers Market Cooking Classes not only furthers their mission, it will give our group a fresh, delicious, and healthy lunch. Join Continuing Education for our first Lake Geneva School of Cooking for an afternoon of fun, food and friends. Chef John Bogan begins with a welcome drink, followed by a visit to the Lake Geneva Farmer’s Market. We will return to the school for a cooking class featuring an entrée with the FRESHEST ingredients, and a delicious meal to please every foodie in the group. We'll follow up the class with a lake cruise complete with in depth narration about the many estates and mansions that line the shores of beautiful Geneva Lake. Trip package includes coach transportation from each campus and an entertaining and scrumptious class with John Bogan.
