If Covid-19 has skyrocketed your anxieties, this is the class for you. Join veteran therapist Trevor Huskey, who specializes in anxiety. Participants will garner astute insight through the following information and strategies: reviewing anxiety from a historical/biological perspective; understanding how anxiety relates to fear/stress/worry; defining the vast ways anxiety manifests physically, mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally, as well as how combinations of these aspects can play out in concert.  Recommendations are provided regarding healthy lifestyle, coping skills, like self-talk and professional treatment.  Participants will be provided with a wide variety of resources, examples, and Q/A at the end.
